■ Added/Changed Functions 
・Added a selection allowing the conclusion of an alliance as a Force Council assignment. 
When the assignment involves making an alliance, the Ruler will act in a relevant manner. 
・Added a Suppl line controls (Manual/Auto/Auto Redistribution) to the system settings. 
・Added the ability to narrow down a list based on which Units and officers are in Control Battles. 
・Added events where the player character encounters officers or merchants when moving. 
・Added a process allowing officers to be unjured during duels or when their units are wiped out. 
・Adjusted the routine governing when the player character is a prisoner. 
・Added a routine issuing a penalty when money for duties has been used up. 

■Adjusted/Improved game balance 
・Adjusted so that players can attend the Force Council after becoming rank 2 or higher. 
・Adjusted the trigger conditions for coalitions. 
・Adjusted conditions for cities that can issue a Protection Petition or conditions for attempts. 
・Adjusted a condition where the supplies of new Forces was insufficient so they could not deploy upon starting a new game. 
・Adjusted strategy algorithms 
①Overall brush up of the defense related algorithm. 
②Added a supply line algorithm making it more difficult for supplies to run out. 
③Added an algorithm for Rulers to buy specialty items, give specialty items to subordinated and so on.

・Fixed so that the event "Moving to Xu/Liu Bei Stands" can trigger even when Lu Bu is Dong Zhuo's subordinate. 
・Added certain of the Spouse settings that had been left out. 
・Adjusted the initial settings for Han Hao in a number of settings. 
・Fixed some other bugs.
