Players can enable the old style planetary production wheel from 1.3. After running the game once, open your My GamesGalCiv3 prefs.ini and change UseColonyProductionWheel from 0 to 1
Players with older save games can now use the new foci UI
Players will no longer be able to game the diplomatic trade screen to get millions of credits
Players will no longer start with the assault fighters starbase improvement.
Fixed a problem where the AI would sometimes display the incorrect conversation dialog.
The AI will no longer gift specialization techs to the player.
Addressed an issue that caused the game to sometimes crash when ships were destroyed
