更新说明：

Version 0.9 was just released on the test branch. These are the changes:

- Corrected a bug where a character would be unable to act because another character was holding a weapon or tool that he needed
- Corrected an issue where an unconscious character would stay that way for too long, without dying.
- Solved the crash in TurnIntoJunk that happened when something degraded inside a container
- Correction so patrolling can now take place in dangerous areas
- Change to character AI to improve the decision to fight
- Solved an error where agents would lock down when they tried to do a hunting task while carrying too many items for them to pick up the weapon for the hunting task
- Correction to an issue where the north part of the skimmer could not be salvaged first because it was seen as inaccessible
